ALL NATURAL AND CHEMICAL-FREE VEGETABLES AND GARDEN PLANTS

Since 1999, I’ve been starting my seeds indoors for each year. We have been ordering from HEIRLOOM ACRES for the past several years now and are quite pleased with their seeds and prices. They are a Christian, family owned farm just like us. They are located in New Bloomford, Mo.

I start the seeds in the NEW greenhouse I tried forcing some daffodils and tulips for Resurrection Sunday, but they were not ready in time. I will give it a go again next year. Practice makes perfect!

Usually, I would offer the extra plants that won’t fit in our huge garden to customers. With the greenhouse, I’m now able to plant and offer alot more! Your comments and suggestions are always welcome, especially when you are looking for a certain variety of plant for your garden. We get a few requests at the stand from you and try our best to provide the plants you desire. If you would like a specific variety of plant grown, I’ll do my best to start it for you. You only need to contact us in January before we order our seeds.

Our typical assortment of plants would be:
tomatoes, peppers, cabbage, brocoli, cauliflower, celery, herbs, small spinach and lettuce gardens, cantelope, cucumbers, squash, watermelon, as well as numerous varieties of flower and bedding plants.

Our usual assortment of vegetables we provide, Good Lord willing, are:
tomatoes, peppers, cabbage, brocoli, cauliflower, herbs, zucchini, summer and winter squash, pumpkins, cucumbers, lettuce, beets, green and yellow beans and of course our famous BODACIOUS sweet corn.

As always, we welcome your comments and suggestions so we could provide you with plants and/or vegetables you desire direct from the farm to your table with no worries of chemicals harming yours and our food.

  1. Hi,
I am an owner of an ethnic grocery store in Irving. I am looking to provide my customers with fresh seasonal vegetables. Could you provide me a list of vegetables and the times of the year they are available?

    Thanks in advance.
